The management of the Lagos State Scholarship Board is now accepting applications from Lagos State indigenes in Tertiary Institutions all over the country for its 2018/2019 Bursary Award. Application for the Lagos State Bursary Award will commence on Monday, 18th March, 2019.
This is to notify Lagos State indigenes in Tertiary Institutions all over the country that application forms for the State’s 2018/2019 Bursary and Award is now available online.
- Lagos State Undergraduate Scholarship Application Form for the 2018/2019 Academic Session is Out.
- Lagos State Postgraduate Scholarship Application Form for the 2018/2019 Academic Year is Out.
Lagos State Bursary Requirements.
- Evidence of indigeneship from either:-
- An Oba or
- Local Government Council
- Letter of Current Admission.
- Student’s Identity Card.
- Birth Certificate
- Academic Certificates obtained
- JAMB result slip
- Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) identification card of the applicant
- Photocopy of the payment receipt
- Downloaded application form
- Any other documentary evidence

BURSARY AWARD TO LAW SCHOOL STUDENTS:
Furthermore, this administration increased Bursary to Law School students by approving the rate of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000. 00) only per bonafide indigene. This is to lighten their financial burden and it is paid once. A sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) only is also awarded to indigenes of the State studying in Maritime Academy.
How to Apply for Lagos State Bursary.
For students in various tertiary institutions, each applicant is expected to pay and obtain a receipt for One Thousand Naira (N1, 000.00) only for Bursary.
Applicants are expected to first generate their “Bill, with the Bill Number” which will be used to effect payment in the Bank at the Revenue Office of the Lagos State Scholarship Board, 254 Ipaja Road, beside NYSC Orientation Camp Agege.
Each applicant will be issued a scratch card for online registration after payment; it is therefore advised that all applicants should check the back of the scratch card for adequate information on the online registration.
All applicants are expected to submit the duly completed application forms with photocopies of all documents required by the Board at the interview venue, on dates to be announced later.
